Service Description

We will require a survey of an existing space or the plans of a new build, before we start. Then we will quickly turnover a space plan drawing of any room in your home/office. The plan will include, furniture layout, proposed position of new walls or outline of fitted furniture along with a general idea of where the lighting or plumbing should be. (This service will not not include elevations, finishes selection or a 3D). It is solely to help clients visualize the space layout in a room . The price is based on a space plan of one room only.
