FULL HOUSE DESIGN MEDIUM SERVICE

Service Description

This is a very brief discussion/ chat on the phone with the client to go through the scope of their project. We will discuss the elements of the design needed for each space and a general time frame and budget. Once we both feel it is a good fit, we will draft up a proposal for the client and a break down of the pricing for each area. We will send a contract to be signed by both parties. We will then meet with the client in the studio or their home to go through their design room by room. We will gathering information and inspiration from the client and their space, which in turn will help us put together the design brief. We will then head back to the studio to produce plans, elevations, and bespoke furniture drawings. We will help choose Furniture, lighting, wall and flooring finishes, from online sourcing or the clients favourite stores. We will not be acting as project manager on the project, this will be left to the client and builder.
