Service Description

Kitchen & Utility Design Thoughtfully designed kitchens and utility rooms that balance beautiful finishes with practical layouts, tailored to your home and everyday routines. We begin with a chat over Zoom or in person to discuss your ideas and requirements. Using your architectural plans or measured site dimensions, we develop the layout, cabinetry and visual finishes. Your design package includes plans, elevations and 3D visuals to help you picture the finished space and communicate the design to your chosen kitchen supplier for pricing and development. If a full consultation or measured site survey is needed, this is charged separately at €150 per hour, with travel charged at €25 per 50 km travelled. Additional Services Revisions to plans and elevations: €50 per drawing Revisions to 3D visuals: €100 per visual Detailed material, finish and lighting schedules: €65 per hour
